Compliance Check Up - Sample Report:

Respond to each entry in the Checklist with a Yes, No, or N/A.

Click the Menu button and select Generate Report.

Enter your name at the prompt and click Ok

The areas that are not in compliance are highlighted in RED and the areas in question for follow up - N/A, have a Yellow background. All sections that did not receive a Yes response have been italicized.

Once you have generated your report, simply print your report for archival purposes.
